Head of Sport & Entertainment
Takes pride in shaping the next generation of talent through educational initiatives, as well as helping athletes transition seamlessly from professional sport to the world of business. His career complements with his passion of being a full-time uber driver for his children.
Tom Dovaston
Accounts Executive
Tom excels in his role by preparing and submitting statutory accounts and tax returns as well as managing accounts. He also supports our corporate finance team by handling financial data and supporting on the provision of strategic recommendations by the team. When he’s not at his desk, you can catch him cheering on Man City, or in a bar in the West End.
Ediz Reyman
Accounts Executive
Your go-to expert for preparing and submitting statutory accounts, managing company tax and VAT returns, and offering invaluable business advisory. When not occupied with numbers, he’s either exploring the world and immersing himself in diverse cultures or catching up on Love Island.
Neil Stammers
Non-Executive Chairman
Tasked with seeking to optimise the individual and collective contributions from a management team that has an abundance of creative thinking, talent, and energy. Stimulated by most things that are design led, which includes getting involved with building a couple of houses during lockdown. Enjoys pretty much all sport, mainly viewing, but also playing a little – and still kids himself that he can improve.
Hayley Tait
Head of Finance
Hayley oversees our internal finances and ensures our numbers align perfectly. She delivers monthly management information and serves as a first point of contact for all matters of a financial nature. It’s not all about the numbers however for Hayley. Outside the office, it’s travel and some good Italian food that sparks her interest and we shouldn’t forget her cat, Charlie who has a special place in her heart.
Vasu Majumdar
Senior Advisor Corporate Finance Creative Industries
A corporate finance deal maker specialising in mergers and acquisitions, sale to Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs), business valuations, private equity, management buy outs (MBOs) and strategy. A keen rackets sports enthusiast and a former county level squash player, he is a Trustee of The Queens Club Foundation which promotes rackets sports in local communities and state schools at a grass root level.
Cassie Stevens
Client Services Executive
Manages all aspects of new client onboarding, maintains client data, and typically serves as the first point of contact for various client inquiries. Behind the scenes, she takes care of internal responsibilities, including office party planning and handling scary invoices. Outside of work, you’ll find her running after her two kids, and whenever she can find time, she immerses herself in the world of Asian cinema.
Nathan Tinkler
Director
Nathan brings composure, perspective and process to any business of any size. His 20 years of experience brings a deep-rooted knowledge of finance, taxation and commercial decision matters. His relaxed manner belies a ferociously analytical mind, particularly when it comes to managing his Fantasy Premier League team.
Chris Timms
Director
Entrepreneur, investor, proven expert in scaling businesses and well-connected across the professional industries sector. Chris feeds off working with business owners to understand and overcome their challenges. A frustrated creative in his own right with an interest in the arts.
Michael Stead
Director – Innovation
Michael is seriously passionate about innovation (and R&D relief) especially how things work, which he uses to help clients understand when they’ve undertaken R&D Tax qualifying activities. Originally CEng Systems, he works with architects, built-environment, engineers, FMCG, pharmaceutical, polymer & composites, software systems and even shoes. When away from the office it’s either outdoors or in the workshop.
Tony McMonies
Finance Manager at Redfin
From a career in science to one in financial management, Tony is responsible for managing internal accounting and preparing management reports for a variety of clients across various industries. As he has a teenage daughter who loves to spend his hard-earned cash, most weekends you’ll find him at his local sports club watching all kinds of sports and having a few drinks.
Ken Hawkins
Consultant
Having successfully established an accountancy practice that specialises in providing expert guidance to London’s creative sector, with a specific emphasis on architecture, Ken is now embarking on a similar venture at BAND. Being fascinated by all creative endeavours, he still dreams that one day he might be recognised as a creative force.
Shelley Watkin
Client Finance Director at Redfin
A qualified Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of experience in the marketing services sector. During her 5+ years at Redfin, she served as Client Finance Director offering invaluable insights into strategic and commercial matters. Shelley has also assumed the role of Finance Director for various creative agencies, guiding them through successful sales processes. If she gets free time after managing her children’s busy schedules, she likes to chill out doing yoga and gardening.
Julian Davies
Managing Partner at Redfin
Managing partner and Chartered Accountant with 30+ years of experience in marketing, media, and creative industries. He leads the Redfin team, offering expert advice on growth and profitability. Former owner manager of an agency acquired by a listed group; his industry insights are second to none. Off duty, you might find him on the golf or tennis court, determined to master new tricks.
Harry Guest
Accounts Manager
Bringing over six years of expertise in accounts preparation and audit, Harry manages the accounting and management information team at BAND. His leadership ensures the team consistently exceeds client deliverables. When not at work, Harry enjoys weekends filled with football matches and playing mediocre golf.
Caroline Banwell
HR and Legal Consultant
A highly experienced and well-regarded HR consultant, accredited executive coach and accredited workplace mediator. She is also a qualified employment lawyer with over 25 years’ experience. She has experience of working with a wide variety of clients, and currently supports a number of creative agencies in the sport and media sectors.
Caroline’s outside work pursuits are as eclectic as her client base and include playing the violin and giving concerts with her piano trio, cycling, badminton, gardening and learning Dutch.
Kate Davis
Executive Coach & L&D Consultant
After a long career working in creative event agencies, Kate is now an award-winning executive coach, specialising in communications and team dynamics. She heads up our L&D service, and in her spare time is often found (or rather lost) in the forests of Berkshire with her springer spaniels.
Matthew Angel
Consultant
Matt contributes to BAND’s expansion and growth in the television industry. He brings extensive experience from senior operational and business affairs positions within TV production companies and is the founder of television consultancy, Aquilanta. His background as an intellectual property lawyer also adds depth to his expertise. Outside of work, Matt enjoys being taken for a walk by his German Shepherd, Hector.
