Introducing BAND Creative Studio: A Personal Journey

When I joined BAND two and a half years ago, it was as a graphic designer. I loved getting hands-on with design, but I quickly found myself thinking beyond the visuals, about how our brand spoke, how we showed up, and how creative strategy could be a key component of driving our growth. After a year and a half, I stepped into the role of Creative Brand Manager, where I began overseeing all things brand and helping shape creative strategies for BAND’s future.

Fast forward to today, and I’m proud to say I now lead as Head of Brand. Alongside Rob Quinn, we’ve recently launched the next evolution of our brand: BAND Creative Studio.

Why we built the Studio

At its heart, BAND Creative Studio is about clarity, consistency, and intent. We exist to unify how BAND and our group companies express themselves, and to deliver creative that not only looks good but also drives meaningful outcomes. We’re also pushing beyond the group and are already supporting a number of businesses with a range of creative support. From brand strategy, identity systems, and creative campaigns to digital content, social media, and website design, we’re building a studio that combines the agility of an in-house team with the quality of an external agency.

Who we support

BAND Creative Studio was created first and foremost to serve BAND and the professional services industry which we operate within. Our work here is about positioning BAND as a firm that stands out, not only for the advice and services we provide, but for how we communicate and connect through creative strategy.

My goals for the Creative Studio

I want to grow BAND further into a niche financial and advisory firm that truly stands out, not just because of what we do, but because of how we do it. Creativity isn’t an add-on here, it’s central to how we build trust, tell our story, and connect with clients.

This isn’t only about BAND. Working closely with our partners across the Stelaris Group, we now have an exciting opportunity to help scale the other entities across this group too, applying the same principles of branding, digital storytelling, content creation and creative strategy to unlock growth.

Beyond the group my vision is to make BAND Creative Studio a trusted partner for external businesses. Whether it’s an architectural practice, a construction firm, a sports organisation, or a startup building its identity from scratch, we’re here to deliver thoughtful, high-impact creative work that helps businesses grow.

Looking ahead

Launching BAND Creative Studio is just the beginning. We’re shaping ideas into sharp, considered creative that makes an impact across BAND, Stelaris Group, and our clients’ worlds, and we’re just getting started.
