At BAND, we’re committed to fostering connections and supporting the vibrant community of young professionals. On March 21, 2024, we took a leap and hosted our inaugural FutureForge Event at the beautiful Bevis Marks Alchemist in London, and what a journey it was!

As someone who felt a bit anxious about organising their first event, I can say it was a learning experience filled with excitement. Despite the nerves, it was incredibly rewarding to see the event come together and see its impact on attendees.

From the moment guests arrived, it was clear this event was different. Gone were the typical name tags and forced networking scenarios. Instead, people were greeted with warmth and encouraged to connect in a more relaxed and authentic environment.

The highlight for me was seeing people stick around after the official program ended, enjoying drinks and continuing conversations. This reflected the sense of community created throughout the evening.

Already, we’ve received fantastic feedback, which is gratifying. Clearly, the event resonated with guests and provided them with valuable insights and connections.

A special thank you to the design and marketing team, whose creative vision brought FutureForge to life with stunning designs and attention to detail. The team’s contributions were instrumental in creating an unforgettable experience.

As we reflect on the success of our first FutureForge gathering, we’re filled with gratitude for everyone who came along and contributed to its success. We’re excited to continue breaking the mould of traditional networking and providing opportunities for meaningful connections within the creative industries.

Stay tuned for more updates on upcoming events and initiatives. We can’t wait to see you at the next one!
