Takes pride in shaping the next generation of talent through educational initiatives, as well as helping athletes transition seamlessly from professional sport to the world of business. His career complements with his passion of being a full-time uber driver for his children.
Fiora Banousi
Head of Brand & Creative
Keeps all things creative under control. She oversees our brand identity and collaborates on impactful marketing campaigns as well as social media designs. When she’s not at her desk, you’ll find her looking for the next Japanese restaurant to visit on the weekend.
Euan Davies
Client & Partner Manager
Euan is committed to supporting a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring that BAND facilitates their achievement of goals and maximises their potential. He expertly manages and leverages strategic partnerships with banks, lawyers, and other professional service partners. Outside of his professional pursuits, Euan has been passionately playing the drums for 20 years.
Marie Sadler
Junior Graphic Designer
Marie is our junior graphic designer, supporting brand rollouts and day-to-day design. She builds social posts, adapts artwork/templates, and preps files for print and web. From layout tweaks, iconography, and retouching to spec checks and exports, she keeps assets sharp. Off the clock, it’s chill hangouts with friends and a steady stream of crime documentaries.
Rob Quinn
Head of Creative Industries
Former marketing agency owner, now leading the Creative Industries team at BAND with responsibility across our agency, music, TV & Film client portfolio, whilst also overseeing brand, marketing and creative strategy for the group. Passionate about travel and sport, particularly when combined together
Gary Woodhall
CEO
Working with clients for over 20 years ensuring their compliance and regulatory needs are met. Gary’s experience comes with a fundamental desire to understand the business and industries his clients work, allowing him to practically navigate the complex world of audit and financial reporting. A family man, gym enthusiast and a love for the outdoors with an inner child he won’t let go of (think gaming, Lego and Marvel).
Neil Stammers
Non-Executive Chairman
Tasked with seeking to optimise the individual and collective contributions from a management team that has an abundance of creative thinking, talent, and energy. Stimulated by most things that are design led, which includes getting involved with building a couple of houses during lockdown. Enjoys pretty much all sport, mainly viewing, but also playing a little – and still kids himself that he can improve.
Hayley Tait
Head of Finance
Hayley oversees our internal finances and ensures our numbers align perfectly. She delivers monthly management information and serves as a first point of contact for all matters of a financial nature. It’s not all about the numbers however for Hayley. Outside the office, it’s travel and some good Italian food that sparks her interest and we shouldn’t forget her cat, Charlie who has a special place in her heart.
Vasu Majumdar
Senior Advisor Corporate Finance Creative Industries
A corporate finance deal maker specialising in mergers and acquisitions, sale to Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs), business valuations, private equity, management buy outs (MBOs) and strategy. A keen rackets sports enthusiast and a former county level squash player, he is a Trustee of The Queens Club Foundation which promotes rackets sports in local communities and state schools at a grass root level.
Cassie Stevens
People & Operations Coordinator
Manages all aspects of new client onboarding, maintains client data, and typically serves as the first point of contact for various client inquiries. Behind the scenes, she takes care of internal responsibilities, including office party planning and handling scary invoices. Outside of work, you’ll find her running after her two kids, and whenever she can find time, she immerses herself in the world of Asian cinema.
Nathan Tinkler
Director
Nathan brings composure, perspective and process to any business of any size. His 20 years of experience brings a deep-rooted knowledge of finance, taxation and commercial decision matters. His relaxed manner belies a ferociously analytical mind, particularly when it comes to managing his Fantasy Premier League team.
Chris Timms
Director
Entrepreneur, investor, proven expert in scaling businesses and well-connected across the professional industries sector. Chris feeds off working with business owners to understand and overcome their challenges. A frustrated creative in his own right with an interest in the arts.
Shiv Halai
Client Services Director
Shiv is a commercially focused and relationship-led adviser, known for delivering tailored accounting, tax, audit, and corporate finance solutions to high-growth businesses, entrepreneurs, and family offices. With deep experience across M&A, Tax, real estate finance, R&D tax relief, and strategic business planning, Shiv partners closely with clients to unlock value, drive growth, and navigate complex financial decisions with confidence. His approach is proactive, clear, and always aligned to the bigger picture — making him a trusted long-term adviser to boards and leadership teams. Shiv thrives on building meaningful relationships and seeing clients succeed. His ability to simplify the complex and deliver results has made him a go-to name in the advisory space. Outside of work, Shiv is a proud family man with a passion for aviation, fitness, and the outdoors. He also loves to travel, explore new cultures, and experience the world — always bringing fresh perspective to the people and businesses he works with.
Tony McMonies
Finance Manager
From a career in science to one in financial management, Tony is responsible for managing internal accounting and preparing management reports for a variety of clients across various industries. As he has a teenage daughter who loves to spend his hard-earned cash, most weekends you’ll find him at his local sports club watching all kinds of sports and having a few drinks.
Shelley Watkin
Client Finance Director
A qualified Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of experience in the marketing services sector. During her 5+ years at Redfin, she served as Client Finance Director offering invaluable insights into strategic and commercial matters. Shelley has also assumed the role of Finance Director for various creative agencies, guiding them through successful sales processes. If she gets free time after managing her children’s busy schedules, she likes to chill out doing yoga and gardening.
Julian Davies
Client Director
Managing partner and Chartered Accountant with 30+ years of experience in marketing, media, and creative industries. He leads the Redfin team, offering expert advice on growth and profitability. Former owner manager of an agency acquired by a listed group; his industry insights are second to none. Off duty, you might find him on the golf or tennis court, determined to master new tricks.
Maisie West
Client Manager
Maisie is a Client Manager who takes care of the business side of the music industry, so artists, producers, and creatives can keep doing what they do best. From managing finances to making sure clients stay secure and profitable, she’s all about helping the music keep flowing. Outside of work, you can probably find Maisie on a yoga mat or whipping up something sweet in the kitchen.
Ediz Reyman
Client Assistant Manager
Ediz is the go-to guy for getting statutory accounts and tax returns over the line — on time, on point, and without the stress. He loves diving into the details and cracking tricky problems, turning complex numbers into simple solutions. Outside the office, Ediz is usually glued to a football match, mapping out his next adventure, or enjoying a well-earned cold beer with family and friends.
Caroline Banwell
HR and Legal Consultant
A highly experienced and well-regarded HR consultant, accredited executive coach and accredited workplace mediator. She is also a qualified employment lawyer with over 25 years’ experience. She has experience of working with a wide variety of clients, and currently supports a number of creative agencies in the sport and media sectors.
Caroline’s outside work pursuits are as eclectic as her client base and include playing the violin and giving concerts with her piano trio, cycling, badminton, gardening and learning Dutch.
Kate Davis
Executive Coach & L&D Consultant
After a long career working in creative event agencies, Kate is now an award-winning executive coach, specialising in communications and team dynamics. She heads up our L&D service, and in her spare time is often found (or rather lost) in the forests of Berkshire with her springer spaniels.
Matthew Angel
Consultant
Matt contributes to BAND’s expansion and growth in the television industry. He brings extensive experience from senior operational and business affairs positions within TV production companies and is the founder of television consultancy, Aquilanta. His background as an intellectual property lawyer also adds depth to his expertise. Outside of work, Matt enjoys being taken for a walk by his German Shepherd, Hector.
Ani Manukyan
Finance Manager
As a Finance Manager at Redfin, Ani brings a wealth of expertise in financial management, specialising in consolidating financial data across a group of companies and preparing comprehensive management accounts packs. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers, she ensures accuracy and clarity in all financial reporting. Outside of work, Ani is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new cultures, cuisines, and landscapes. Whether she’s discovering hidden gems in vibrant cities or relaxing along scenic coastlines, she’s always planning her next adventure—though she insists that the most exotic place she’s been so far is probably her own inbox!
Malina Alexandrescu
Senior Finance Manager
Malina has been with Redfin for over six years, specializing in providing expert consultancy to clients in the creative and media industries. As the leader of the Romania-based team, she has a passion for helping businesses streamline their processes by offering tailored solutions for app integrations, data migrations, and cloud-based technologies. Her innovative approach has been instrumental in simplifying complex management accounts and improving data systems for her clients. Outside of work, Malina enjoys indulging her creative side through her love of interior design and art, and she also enjoys the challenge of solving puzzles in her free time.
Michael Stead
Director – Innovation
Michael is seriously passionate about innovation (and R&D relief) especially how things work, which he uses to help clients understand when they’ve undertaken R&D Tax qualifying activities. Originally CEng Systems, he works with architects, built-environment, engineers, FMCG, pharmaceutical, polymer & composites, software systems and even shoes. When away from the office it’s either outdoors or in the workshop.
Hasan Zareen
R&D Tax Analyst
Hasan is committed to maximising shareholder value through the identification and analysis of eligible R&D tax credits ensuring compliance with HMRC legislation, and supporting reinvestment and innovation in the UK. Beyond the office, you can find him running around London where he enjoys capturing his adventures through videography.
Joe Darby
R&D Manager
Joe brings over five years of R&D experience, participating in the inaugural cohort of R&D certification. Committed to his clients’ projects and objectives, he builds lasting relationships and stays up to date with their ongoing developments. In his spare time, you’ll find him eating Wingstop or watching Aston Villa.
Sarah Anderson
Head of Music & Entertainment
Splitting her time and lifestyle between the dynamic cities of London and Leeds, Sarah serves as BAND’s Head of Music & Entertainment. Sarah quickly found her calling in the world of entertainment, after qualifying as an accountant at Deloitte London, Sarah gained further industry experience at Boiler Room and at Avalon Entertainment before joining ICONAC in 2024. She was drawn to the entrepreneurial, tech-focused forward thinking approach to business management, and the culture of innovation and collaboration amongst the team. Sarah is a member of the West Yorkshire steering group, helping raise the profile of the music scene in the Northern region. Outside of work Sarah enjoys travelling and spending time with her young son.
Jamie Selby
Head of Business Management
Hailing from the picturesque countryside of Wiltshire, Jamie oversees Client Services at ICONAC. Whether you need someone to manage your accounts, handle your finances, or navigate taxes, Jamie is your go-to person. His favourite aspect of working at ICONAC is seeing clients succeed. With previous experience in business management roles and a Mathematics degree from Exeter, Jamie excels in providing crucial support to our music and entertainment clients.
Donna Alexander
Accounting Associate
Based on Scotland’s windswept West Coast, Donna is a detail-driven Accounting Associate with a love for show tunes and a knack for keeping client books in perfect harmony. She handles everything from management accounts to VAT with the calm of a mum who’s raised three kids—two of them teenagers.
Though she nearly studied music, Donna chose a BA in Financial Services and never looked back. This role blends her passions for numbers and the music industry perfectly. Off the clock, she’s a Marvel buff, a musical theatre regular, and happiest curled up with her Kindle.
Jake Cox
Accounting Associate
Broadcasting from Hampshire, Jake is our music-loving associate who supports the business management and accounts teams. Whether he’s balancing tour accounts or delivering great news to clients, he does it all with calm precision—and a killer soundtrack.
Off the clock, he’s either mixing tracks in his home studio, exploring the countryside, or indulging his taste for bold wines and adventurous eats. With a sharp mind and just the right dose of cheek, Jake keeps the beat steady in the world of finance.
Victoria Lancefield
Tax Manager
Victoria brings over a decade of experience in tax and finance, with a strong focus on UK and cross-border tax matters. She supports clients in creative, media, and entrepreneurial sectors with clear, practical advice on everything from personal and corporate tax to international residency and multi-jurisdictional compliance. Outside the office, Victoria loves good food, spending time with family (including both cats and dogs), and relaxing with a home makeover show.
